COD orders:
COD’s are only sent for orders under $100.00.  You must send a money order, certified check, cashier’s check or credit card for orders above $100.00.  Orders will be sent by UPS.  A COD charge of $5.00 per box will be added.

Shipping:
Most orders will be shipped through UPS when possible.  A minimum of $5.00 will be charged for each shipment.  UPS will not accept items of certain weight and length, these items must be shipped through a freight company - costs vary according to your location.

Returns:
No returns are accepted after 30 days.  A restocking charge of 15% will be applied on goods returned in original (when they left SAS) condition, please call us before you return an item.  Refunds will be made after we receive the returned item.  No refunds are made on shipping costs.  No returns will be made on electrical parts or printed materials.  DAMAGED packages are the responsibility of the carrier.  Please call UPS or the freight company and report the damage to them.
